I want to be pretty like her i think she is extremely sexy.

I am natural tan, and have black hair and brown eyes except im not that much tanned my tan is more natural and unfortunately my hair sux cause i cut it myself and the bangs are to short their blunt cut across my forhead bangs but i put them to the side and you cant really tell but still it sux, so yeah how can i look more like that , tips?

I would grow out your hair and bangs a little more. Go to the tanning bed to try and get darker. If you need to, then wax your eyebrows to look more like hers. Just do what you think....your guess is as good as mine.
