Ok. So I've liked this guy for the past 2 years. He's Lithuanian and has a sexy smooth accent. He has pale skin, sandy hair, a genuine white smile and deep blue eyes. Yes. He exists. So anywho... I'm absolutely in love with him (keep in mind that I'm only 13). I think he might like me but one of three things is stopping us from getting together: His mom won't let him date. He thinks we're too young. OR The fact that I dated a really dorky kid before and he's afraid of what people might say and that it might be awkward.

What should I do? And don't just say "go for it" without even thinking because I know most of you do.

If you're only 13 but like him that much, just hang out as friends and then see how it works out. Maybe you just love him as a friend, but you'll never know until you try!

well dont be afraid to talk to him! be a bit spontanious, and flirty but not totally all over him. Play hard to get but dont pull away! Smile and give him the corner eye look. look nice all the time but dont ever over do it!

Well you known him 2 years %26amp; i'm sure a couple more wouldn't hinder your love for him if its true love.....so wait it out till he's ready to date and then you'll know what to do.....

"dating" is very confusing. And 13 is rather young in the west for finding a future mate.

He may like you, he may be confused on how to talk to you. And of course he may not know you exist.

Try and find ways and activities that you can be together. and so even if this is not really a "date" it can be very fun. School clubs, or athletics or drama club, or debate, or karate/aikido/judo or swimming or even a class together.
