Do the obvious thing, take her out to get some nice clothes, push the boat out and buy her something really special, get her pampered , the whole thing, massage manicure etc. Then in the evening either cook her a meal or take her out somewhere posh

or
pay for her to go to her fav salon, get her hair done, and her nails and if you can afford it a realxing massge, and then as an extra treat take her out to your special resturant - if you are feeling particullarly wealthy you could get a really nice necklace or something - my husband buy's me little charms for the bracelet he got me on our first anniversary. i never tire of being pampered and i alway feel like a million pounds when he picks me up for dinner.

Take her on a 5 star cruise if you can afford (cheaper weekend cruises also exist if you book early ). Every day she will experience a new island, new culture and every night she can dress up. There are formal nights where you really have to dress up for dinner. You will need a tuxedo (suit is fine too) and she will ware a very nice and classy dress, which I think can be very sexy. A ship will have a bunch of places to hangout with live music where people dress up. And there will be a club where she can dress up real sexy at night.
Do not forget to complement her new dress every night , order a couple of very romantic songs for her in one of the cafes', complement her in public, and get a picture taken by a professinal of you and her when you both look beautiful and sexy. They will make you both look better than in real life and this is how she will remember you.
You also have to look really nice and sexy - because she will be comparing you to other very well dressed and nice looking guys.
Warning - when you see her so sexy every day - you might really fall for her. Be careful.
